GREM has provided an emergency maintenance line which can be accessed by calling GREM's regular office number (above). Your call will be routed to an On Call employee. If your situation is deemed an emergency, maintenance will be dispatched. If the issue is not an emergency, it will be dealt with on the next business day.

 

Examples of an emergency:

• Uncontrollable water leak

• No heat

• No hot water

• Serious roof leak

• Electrical fault

• Utility interruption (please call the utility company prior to ensure there is not a known outage)

 

Examples of non-emergency:

• Tenant locked out of unit (you will be required to call a locksmith)

• Anything of a cosmetic nature
